This budget B&B is great for short stays. The central location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from public transport and the Colosseum. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, and a supermarket is conveniently located across the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff is happy to assist with anything you need.
The breakfast options are limited with not much variety.

We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the excellent location in a great area of the city. The staff were extremely attentive and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. The rooms even had a balcony with a small garden, which was a delightful touch. The location was convenient, as it was within walking distance to popular attractions and public transportation. the room was clean and bright, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciated the small refrigerator in the room, which was convenient for storing yogurt. the private bathroom provided basic toiletries, including toothbrush, toothpaste, and hair dryer.
Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit noisy at times. the shower water was not always consistently hot.

The location of the hotel was very convenient with easy access to public transportation. there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was also cleaned daily and the staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions.
Our experience at the hotel was marred by some negative aspects. The room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around.

The staff at this B&B went above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay during our Christmas vacation. The property was spotlessly clean and the facilities were new and well-maintained. We particularly loved having an air-conditioned room and a patio with comfortable furniture, which allowed us to relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of exploring. the location of the B&B was fantastic, with close proximity to Termini station and a variety of great restaurants. We highly recommend trying Trattoria Cecio for their warm service and authentic food.
While our stay at this B&B was overall excellent, we did encounter a few minor issues. The walls in our room could use a fresh coat of paint, and the bathroom door was unable to close or lock.
